elabela.co (the "Site") is operated by Elabela Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom ("Elabela", "we", "our", "us"). You can contact us at sam@elabela.co.

By accessing the Site you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Institutional research access uses an Elabela account with email and password or optional Google or Microsoft sign-in. Access requires a verified email address, an assigned workspace seat and an active paid subscription. Each seat is assigned to a workspace member; the workspace owner also occupies a seat.

Choose monthly billing at US$200 per seat or annual billing at US$1,920 per seat, paid upfront for the selected period, with a minimum of one seat. Annual billing is equivalent to US$160 per month. Your selected subscription renews monthly or annually until cancelled. The checkout shows the billing period and total before payment. Stripe handles checkout and billing. The workspace owner can manage payment details and cancel through the billing controls in their account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid monthly or annual subscription period.

Seat changes may create a prorated charge or credit. The billing preview shows the amount before you confirm a change. Additional access is granted only after payment is verified; failed or overdue payments can interrupt access. You cannot reduce the number of seats below the workspace's assigned seats and pending invitation reservations.

For account deletion or billing help, contact sam@elabela.co. Account deletion is handled by request and subscription cancellation is managed separately through your account.

All content on the Site — including text, research, podcast titles, descriptions, and design — is owned by or licensed to Elabela Ltd and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws. You may view and share links to the Site.

An active paid seat includes a non-exclusive licence to access and download the research, create analyses, and use exports and the API for your own or your organisation's internal research. This includes internal commercial research and analysis through compatible connected AI tools. Each person accessing the service needs their own assigned seat. Keep account credentials and API keys personal and secure, and follow the terms and data-handling settings of any AI service you connect.

Resale, public redistribution, republication of the datasets, and providing access to people outside your licensed seats require prior written permission from Elabela. Third-party sources linked from the research remain subject to their own terms.

Information on the Site about consulting services is provided for general information only and does not constitute an offer. Any engagement will be governed by a separate written agreement setting out scope, fees, and terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elabela Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at this URL, with the "Last updated" date above.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
